Stillwater 74, Choctaw 14
Qwontrell Walker ran for 127 yards on 25 carries and scored six touchdowns to lead Stillwater to a wild 74-14 win over Choctaw Friday night at Pioneer Stadium.
The Pioneers led 40-0 at halftime, and the lead only grew in the second half.
Star of the game: Qwontrel Webb
Webb scored on runs of 18, 1 and 12 yards in the first quarter, 33 and 1 in the second quarter and capped the night with a 1-yard touchdown run in the third. He finished with 25 carries for 127 yards, while scoring five touchdowns in the first half.
Mason Butler added a 2-yard rushing score as the Pioneers finished scoring for the night.
Gunnar Gundy threw three touchdown passes, Gundy was 16-for-17 passing for 363 yards. His TD passes went for 56, 88 and 12 yards.
Anthony Bland, Jack Smithton and Steven Brown all had scoring receptions.
Stillwater’s FS Garrick Martin had an 49-yard interception return for a score early in the first quarter.
Choctaw’s starting QB Thad Williams was 14-for-25 passing for 179 yards, two interception, and touchdown to Chase Jackson and back up QB Steele Wasel was 1-for-2 passing and a touchdown pass to Gabe Johnson.
What’s next? Pioneers will host Lawton on Thursday night and Choctaw will host Putnam City West
