Churchill 34, South San 9

The Chargers scored 34 unanswered points and totaled nearly 400 yards of offense in a 34-9 rout of the Bobcats.

Churchill got three touchdowns in the first half from Cameron Reyes, David Rezentes and Liam Capobianco.

Cameron Reyes touchdown run covered a 3-yard run, David Rezentes a 4-yard run and Liam Capobianco caught a 26-yard touchdown pass from Derek Perez.

Jose Crispin got the Bobcats on the board with a 32-yard field goal in the top of the second.

Cody Lillie scored on a two-yard run in the third quarter for the Chargers.

Derek Perez ran 44-yards for a touchdown to make the final score 34-9.

Churchill improved to 4-4, South San fell to 2-6.

Chargers will match up against Johnson at Heroes Stadium on Saturday, South San will play Madison at Home next Friday night.
