Harlan 36, Southwest Legacy 29

Harlan

Kannon Williams threw three touchdown passes and ran for another score as Harlan bumped off Southwest Legacy 36-29.

Williams was 8-for-15 passing for 65 yards and touchdowns to Jacory Logan, Ethan Esparza and En’dreas Spriggs for the host Harlan (8-0, 4-0).

Aubrey McDade ran for 225 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries for the Hawks.

Southwest Legacy

Raymond Wilcox recovered a fumble and scored on Harlan’s first play from scrimmage to give the Titans an early 7-0 lead. 

Zezar Tovar threw two touchdown passes and ran for another but still came up short. 

What’s next? The Harlan Hawks will travel to Southwest Dragons for a conference game, while Southwest Legacy will host Winn Mavericks.
